Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation, we carefully assess your requirements and explore the possibilities of integrating a system into your home environment. Outline Design
Following the consultation meeting, we transition your requirements into an outline proposal, which we present for your review and approval. This proposal encompasses estimated costs and a design fee, providing you with a clear understanding of the envisioned project scope and associated expenses.
Design
Upon receipt of the design fee, our team initiates the comprehensive system design process. This phase entails crafting a detailed system breakdown, finalized costing inclusive of installation charges, and the creation of layout drawings and cable charts as needed. Additionally, we develop a room-by-room functionality specification to precisely outline the intended capabilities of the system, ensuring alignment with your expectations and requirements.
Installation
Stage One: Our specialist installers or contracted electricians handle the installation of all wiring, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to the designated wiring designs and cable charts.
Stage Two: Upon completion of building and plastering work, our installers terminate the installed cables and affix the necessary connectors in readiness for equipment installation.
Stage Three: Four weeks prior to the installation date, all products are ordered, pre-configured, and rigorously tested to identify and address any potential faults. This proactive approach ensures a seamless system delivery and minimizes delays during the final handover.
Stage Four: Our expert installers proceed to install speakers, televisions, control devices, and any other required equipment with precision and efficiency.
Stage Five: Following installation, our team conducts thorough custom programming and on-site testing to verify optimal system performance and functionality.
Support
System Documentation: Upon completion of the installation, we provide comprehensive manuals for all installed equipment, along with any other relevant system documentation to help you understand and manage your system going forward.
Agree Service Contract: We offer various levels of service contracts tailored to your individual requirements. During consultation, we discuss these options in detail to ensure that your specific needs are met.
Snagging: Following the installation, we provide a short agreed-upon period for you to enjoy the system. Subsequently, our team returns to address any adjustments or modifications necessary to align with your preferences. Once snagging is successfully completed, we proceed to sign off on the system, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind.
